2D/3D DESIGN & ANIMATION BOOT CAMP
Description: 2D/3D Animation Boot Camp has been designed with inputs from industry to address the skill set required for the booming Animation Industry. The program is an outcome of industry collaboration and the need for transforming a candidate from academic to industry with relevant skill set. The program entitles a selected candidate to undergo sixteen weeks of residential, Intensive hands-on camp on 2D/3D Animation Concepts and Communication. After successful completion of eight weeks of intensive hands-on training and assessment, the candidate would be moved to live production scenario and placement with us.
Duration: 16 Weeks Intensive 24*7, Workstation based, Industry experts guided camp
Camp Objectives: By the end of this Camp, Candidates would have acquired in-depth skill set required for an animator job: • The basics of animation timing • How to design a character for both 2D and 3D animation • The importance of walk cycles and their basic construction • Twenty Four Concepts prescribed in the boot camp content outline • The purpose of keeping a sketchbook as an animator • The drawing principles used to create a believable background • How to create an animation show reel

Thinking and Communicating By the end of this Camp, Candidates would have acquired in-depth skill set required for an animator job: Read information critically to develop understanding of concepts, topics and issues. Write clearly, factually, persuasively and creatively in Standard English. Speak clearly, factually, persuasively and creatively in Standard English. Use computers and other technologies to obtain, organize and communicate information and to solve problems. Gain and Apply knowledge in Visual & Performing Arts
